Waconia Manufacturing is a recently built 67,941-square-foot facility, the company's primary fabrication manufacturing site. The construction utilized architectural pre-cast concrete with light gauge metal framing for quick construction and long-lasting durability. The project aimed to create a spacious, open manufacturing area along with offices for management, production, and administrative staff. Our team provided comprehensive services, including architectural, interior, civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural design, to create a space that fulfills the operational and administrative needs of the manufacturing company.
